My Dukan Diet

A little bit about myself:

I'm a mother to two beautiful boys born 2008 and 2010. They keep me busy but it seems not enough to burn the calories created by my eating habits.

I am following the Dukan Diet to achieve a healthier weight and lifestyle. I haven't tried any diets since having my two gorgeous boys as I've never had the motivation. After talking to someone who lost weight on the Dukan diet, I've decided to buy the book and see if its for me. It seemed so easy to shed the weight and keep it off.

As I was breastfeeding at the time I decided to start the book again when I've finished breastfeeding.

Starting the Dukan Diet I weighed 92.4kg (the heaviest I've ever weighed was about 94kg the day before giving birth to my second child). Needless to say I still look like I'm about 7 months pregnant.

I would like to get to 70kg but according to Dr Dukan's website (as mentioned to the left), my ideal weight is 72.9kg and I should reach this weight  about mid October. As we have a wedding to attend in October, this would be fantastic.

I'm not real good at sticking to diets so it would be intersting to see if this diet can change my eating habits forever.
